AIG credits are required to access all AI-powered tools on the platform, including image generation, upscale to 16K, style transfer, background removal, and more. Each tool consumes a different number of credits depending on the computational resources required.

Because AI image creation involves significant computing power—especially when using high-resolution outputs or advanced models—we’re currently unable to offer unlimited use for free. However, we provide free trial credits so you can try our features before deciding to purchase more.

Yes. AIG credits are valid for 3 months. Any unused credits will automatically roll over to the following month and can be used anytime within the validity period — no credits go to waste.

Since AIG provides virtual services that are delivered instantly and involve computational resource consumption, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is made. However, in special cases such as system errors or incorrect charges, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you accordingly.

There is currently no limit on how many AIG credits you can purchase. You’re free to buy as many as you need based on your creative workload.

Yes, AIG credits can be used across all image generation and processing tools on the platform.This includes (but is not limited to) AI image creation, high-resolution upscaling, style transfer, portrait enhancement, background removal, and old photo restoration. Each tool consumes a different number of credits based on its computational requirements — the system will show the credit cost before each operation.
